摘要

目的对模板在带血管髂骨瓣下颌骨再造术中的应用进行系统评价,以指导临床应用。方法通过检索PubMed、EMBASE和Cochrane图书馆,收集相关文献,提取模板的类型和准确性信息。有关手术时间的数据也被纳入进一步分析。结果共纳入8项研究。数据分析表明,模板手术的准确率高于常规手术。平均偏差在0.70 ~ 3.72 mm之间。手术时间缩短至314.4分钟,移植物缺血时间缩短至15.6 ~ 26.8分钟。应用功能性或专门设计的模板可以提高准确性,缩短手术时间。结论模板可提高带血管髂骨瓣下颌骨再造术的准确性和效率,有利于患者的预后和术后功能恢复。进一步研究模板的应用,提高重建精度。

Further studies should be conducted into application of templates to improve the accuracy of reconstructions.
