患者为55岁女性，既往有癫痫、脑室-腹膜(VP)分流术后脊柱裂、慢性呼吸衰竭伴家用三联呼吸机慢性气管造口，表现为癫痫样活动和吞咽困难。病人没有服用任何抗癫痫药物，几年没有癫痫发作。脑电图显示无癫痫发作或间断性癫痫样活动。头部CT显示侧脑室和第三脑室明显扩张(图1和2)。进一步病史Xiaoliang (Shawn) Qiu & Fuad M Zeid
