摘要

该研究调查了学生对农业综合企业的态度,以及可能阻碍潜在企业家创办和经营农业综合企业的制约因素。采用简单随机抽样的方法,从参加尼日利亚橡胶研究所和普雷斯科农场创业培训的农学院学生名单中抽取83名学生。采用结构化问卷收集研究数据。所得资料用百分数、平均值描述,采用logit回归分析,p≤0.05。结果显示,大多数学生对创业持赞成态度(3.43%),97.6%的学生愿意创业。很难找到客户(2.02)和害怕激烈的竞争(2.02)被认为是制约创业的因素。影响大学生毕业后创业意愿的最重要因素是婚姻状况和家庭成员自雇人数。研究表明,青年对创业持积极态度,只要有市场和启动资金,他们就愿意创业。关键词:青年;态度;创业;
