The research respondents were all students of SMPN 265 Jakarta who participated in the PHBS counseling as many as 154 people. This research was conducted with a quantitative descriptive approach and a cross sectional research design. Data analysis used dependent t test. The results showed that respondents who had good knowledge prior to counseling were 58.4% while respondents who had good knowledge after counseling were 94.8%. The results of the pre test showed an average knowledge of 7.74 while the results of the post test showed an increase with an average knowledge of 9.39 with a p value of 0.000 so that it was concluded that there was a significant difference between knowledge before counseling and after counseling.
