摘要

为实现高分辨率、高帧刷新率的显示,设计了一种采用数模混合扫描策略的单晶硅微显示器驱动电路。分析了数模混合扫描的策略。提出了一种特殊设计的多列驱动电路。对柱驱动电路进行了仿真。实验结果表明,采用数模混合扫描方法可以有效地减少数据流。
