Therefore, this Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) case study investigated hospitality and tourism students’ perceptions of their own writing. For this case study, 111 surveys were collected from hospitality and tourism students at a university in the southeastern United States. Several themes connected to their writing habits were identified.
