摘要

复杂多变的外部社会经济环境对闭环供应链的可持续发展产生重大影响,特别是不确定突发事件的发生,增加了闭环供应链中断的风险,仅从物料流的角度分析其复杂变化是不够的。本文构建了一个由制造商、销售商和回收商组成的闭环供应链物料流和资金流耦合系统,探讨在不确定突发事件发生时,物料流突然中断对闭环供应链系统的影响。本文基于物流和资金流耦合的闭环供应链系统,利用Vensim仿真软件建立系统动力学仿真模型,分析了五种情况下新冠肺炎疫情对制造商、销售商和回收商的影响。结果表明,当新冠肺炎疫情发生时,闭环供应链中各主要企业的物资流比资金流更容易受到影响。可以发现,闭环供应链主体企业中的回收者更容易受到物料流的影响。本文构建的模型具有适用性,可用于其他突发事件下闭环供应链的相关研究,但需根据突发事件本身的特点进行场景设计©2021生产工程研究院版权所有
