摘要

本工作采用自顶向下技术制备了不同长度掺杂/未掺杂多晶硅纳米线传感器,用于测量盐浓度。实验结果表明,分辨率与纳米线长度和掺杂剂浓度成正比。但灵敏度与纳米线长度成反比。此外,所提出的传感器在10个应用中具有相似的电流时间响应,并且具有良好的可重复性。
