摘要

为了更好地掌握园艺疗法对老年人身心健康的功效,本文将在综述国内外园艺疗法对老年人的研究现状的基础上,对目前园艺疗法对各类老年人的心理健康、身体健康、社会交往、认知能力等方面的功效效果进行梳理。研究发现,首先,园艺疗法可以减少老年人的抑郁和焦虑,降低心血管疾病的风险,促进身体健康。其次,针对老年人身心健康的园艺疗法在国内尚处于起步阶段,而国外的发展相对较为成熟。第三,国内外对老年人园艺疗法的作用机理和更合理的形式设计研究不足。
