Background: This systematic review aims to comprehensively summarise and present the available evidence for the treatment of primary acromioclavicular joint (ACJ) osteoarthritis (OA).
Methods: Five databases were searched for studies investigating the management of ACJ OA. Included were studies with participants with clinical/radiological signs of primary ACJ OA, an intervention and included a functional outcome measure.
Results: Forty-eight studies were included. Treatments consisted of physiotherapy (n = 1 study), medical only (n = 11) and operative management (n = 36). Operative studies included five comparative trials - physiotherapy versus surgery (n = 1) and open versus arthroscopic resection (n = 4). A total of 1902 shoulders were treated for ACJ OA, mean age (51 years), 58% male and mean follow-up (28.5 months). Treatment with injection showed a mean improvement of 50% in pain levels at follow-up (mean = 7.5 months). The commonest surgical procedure was arthroscopic excision of the distal clavicle and operative studies averaged 6 months of conservative management and a mean functional outcome of 87.8%.
Conclusion: Studies varied in indication, intervention and quality but it did not provide evidence that both non-operative and operative interventions are effective. There was no significant difference between open or arthroscopic distal clavicle excision (DCE). Participants having between 0.5 and 2 cm of clavicle excised had good outcomes and those requiring concomitant shoulder procedures had similarly good outcomes.

In recent years, under the guidance of new policies and development concepts related to labor education, universities in various regions have gradually integrated labor education into the training programs of students at various stages. University logistics has a unique advantage in connecting students, naturally becoming the main battlefield for universities to implement the practical aspects of labor education for college students. In response to the problems encountered in the process of labor education, such as the lack of high-quality talents, low enthusiasm of the personnel team, low utilization rate of educational resources development, and "crossing the river by touching stones", it is necessary to take innovative human resource management as an effective starting point, and comprehensively promote the improvement of logistics labor education ability and the improvement of labor education system in universities.

A comparative study of three carbon reduction measures in the supply chain, namely carbon tax, government subsidies and carbon trading, is conducted to analyse their advantages and disadvantages, the level of emission reduction and the impacts on supply chain members. Further, through real-life supply chain scenarios such as manufacturing and new energy vehicles, we focus on analysing the emission reduction effects of different government subsidies for manufacturers and retailers. The results show that carbon tax is advantageous in driving economic growth. Different government subsidies stimulate consumption leading to profit growth. The carbon market is easier to implement and control but is still in its infancy and needs to be supported by relevant policies. Manufacturers and retailers in different industrial supply chains have different preferences when it comes to different subsidies, and the right subsidies can lead to higher social welfare and economic efficiency.

In recent years, the overall performance of steel market can be described as "hot", which has far exceeded expectations. The supply of steel industry is less than the demand. The continuous implementation of environmental protection measures has led to the continuous increase of steel price, which has reached its peak in recent years. The steel industry, which has already obtained a lot of profits, further develops the market and obtains more profits. However, with the good performance of the economy in recent years, the management's business philosophy and management awareness are also being updated, and the debt paying ability is also increasingly valued by the operators, investors and creditors. Whether it is a small company, a listed company or any other organization, the solvency is more and more valued and treated as the same level as the future sustainable operation of the company. Shagang Group, as a very large private iron and steel enterprise in China, is mainly engaged in: iron and steel smelting, steel rolling, and has been the number one single steel mill in the country in steel export for many years. However, with the continuous increase in revenue, many problems have also been brought about. The debt scale of the company has grown rapidly, among which the short-term debt is large in scope and large in proportion. When there is a shortage of daily capital requirements, a single borrowing channel cannot obtain sufficient funds in time. Under such a background, it is of great significance to explore ways to improve the debt paying ability of Shagang Group and put forward reasonable improvement measures to realize the strategic objectives of Shagang Group in the next ten years.
