Based on this notion, this study conducts a questionnaire survey with 232 participants, including 142 males and 90 females from seven classes as the study samples. The study employed descriptive statistics, and ANOVA etc.to perform analysis, and obtained the following conclusions; the EFL technology university students reported higher satisfaction with teachers’ instruction than with the satisfaction of the teachers’ course content, and male students reported higher satisfaction with the overall English learning satisfaction than their counterparts.
