Through numerical simulation experiments, the feasibility of designing the sensor is verified. The measured corrosion test of the sensor prototype shows that the calculated corrosion rates of different steel corrosion degrees are in good agreement with the actual values, with an average relative error of 1.64 %. 摘要

摘要钢筋混凝土结构腐蚀评价是后续腐蚀修复和结构危害预警的基础。针对沿海地区钢筋混凝土结构腐蚀程度的精确测量问题,设计了一种基于磁性介质理论的新型磁性传感器。建立了基于多点检测的磁感应强度变化与钢筋质量损失关系的函数模型,提出了改进的自适应滤波最小均方(LMS)算法,全面实现了钢筋腐蚀的损伤识别和定量计算。通过数值模拟实验,验证了该传感器设计的可行性。传感器样机的实测腐蚀试验表明,不同钢腐蚀程度下计算的腐蚀速率与实际值吻合较好,平均相对误差为1.64 %。该传感器为钢筋混凝土结构的腐蚀监测提供了一种新的方法。
