摘要

研究了在“固-液”体系中提取菜籽油和大豆油的生产条件对所得植物油定性组成的影响。测定了以二氯甲烷为溶剂,从不同植物原料(研磨等级为0.2、0.5和1.0 mm)和粉碎后的籽粒组分混合物中提取得到的菜籽油和大豆油的主要化学值(酸值、碘值、酯值、皂化值)和光学性能(折光折射率和紫外可见光谱)。研究表明,原料的研磨等级直接影响产品的质量。
