It has been established that during the processing of DFPCM with the DS, LFS, and MFS-1 structure types by traditional methods (extrusion, injection molding, etc.), there are practically no technological difficulties. 摘要

研究了EVA等级1106 -075与粒径为250 μm的稻草粉(RSP)的分散填充聚合物复合材料(DFPCM)的结构对其流变性能复合物的影响。首次确定了基于EVA + RSP的分散体系的广义参数、结构类型和晶格与流变性能之间的定量关系。研究表明,采用传统方法(挤压、注塑等)加工DS、LFS、MFS-1结构类型的DFPCM几乎没有技术困难。与未填充的EVA相比,MFS-2和HFS结构体系的粘度增加了7-15倍;因此,它们不能被处理。实验结果和本工作开发的方法使设计具有可调结构参数和一系列性能的DFPCM组合物成为可能,并可以选择将其加工成具有给定形状,配置和尺寸的产品的方法和技术参数。
