摘要

采用细胞化学技术研究了毛竹地上组织发育过程中过氧化物酶的超细胞化学定位。在初生壁发育时期,过氧化物酶主要集中在细胞间隙附近的细胞间层,然后扩展到所有细胞间层,同时过氧化物酶体、内质网和线粒体也表现出过氧化物酶活性。之后,过氧化物酶开始在细胞质和细胞膜上分布。在次生细胞壁发育时期,过氧化物酶活性在长细胞壁部分增加,在窄片集中,在休眠时期尤其明显。长细胞壁窄片的过氧化物酶活性随着年龄的增长逐渐下降,9年生的长、短细胞中过氧化物酶活性产物都很少。短细胞的过氧化物酶活性始终高于长细胞。短细胞的细胞壁、质膜、转移囊泡和胞穴也表现出较高的过氧化物酶活性。讨论了过氧化物酶与竹秆地上组织分化的关系。
