A concentration of 5% and above (propylene carbonate) showed effective antifungal activity against the mixed culture of fungi and the efficiency of propylene carbonate on the mixed culture increased with increasing concentration/volume. 摘要

在皮革生产中,为了防止皮革制品受到微生物污染,使用了抗菌剂。在本研究中,采用肉汤稀释/孔扩散法研究了绿色溶剂(如碳酸丙烯酯)对湿蓝分离真菌混合培养的抑菌活性。浓度为5%及以上的碳酸丙烯酯对混合培养的真菌具有较好的抑菌活性,并且随着浓度/体积的增加,碳酸丙烯酯对混合培养的抑菌效果逐渐增强。碳酸丙烯酯对真菌混合培养表现出抑菌活性,但在一定时间后失去抑菌活性,真菌再次生长。在铬鞣过程中添加2%的碳酸丙烯酯能有效抑制真菌的生长,湿蓝可保存30天不受真菌侵害。
