The first test is weight uniformity show that from column A and B qualify weight requirement range, hardness test. Showed significant (p>0,05) that means nodifference in the three formulation. Friability test showed significant (p >0,05) the last is disintegration time test showed that significant (P>0,05) no difference in the three formulation. The research of physic characteristic of the tablet showed that hardness test and time test not qualif. 摘要

本研究旨在确定湿造粒中不同浓度玉米淀粉(L)作为崩解剂对扑热息痛物理特性的影响。本研究采用单次个案研究的实验方法。对乙酰氨基酚为活性成分,玉米淀粉(L)为崩解剂,PVPK30为结合剂,avicel为填充剂,硬脂酸Mg为润滑剂。SPSS统计分析结果显示显著性(p> 0.05),即三种配方无差异。首先测试重量均匀性,表明从A列和B列均符合重量要求范围,进行硬度测试。三种剂型差异无统计学意义(p> 0.05)。最后是崩解时间试验,三种配方间无显著差异(p > 0.05)。对其物理特性的研究表明,硬度试验和时间试验均不合格。SPSS分析结果显示,三种剂型间差异无统计学意义(p> 0.05),对扑热息痛片理化指标无影响。
