Percentages of recoveries were in the range 86% - 100% with percentage relative standard deviation (% RSD) ≤ 6% for all amino acids. Limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) values were within 0.024-0.069 g/100 g and 0.025-0.078 g/100 g respectively. A wide working range with satisfactory linearity having regression coefficients ≥ 0.999 were reported for all the amino acids. 摘要

本研究建立了一种简便、准确、可靠的反相高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测(RP-HPLC-DAD)水稻总氨基酸(TAAs)分析方法,适用于常规实验室。该方法对17种氨基酸具有极好的选择性,分辨率(Rs)≥2,在认证标准物质(CRM): NIST 3233上进行的分析被证明是准确的。所有氨基酸的回收率在86% ~ 100%之间,相对标准偏差(% RSD)≤6%。检出限为0.024 ~ 0.069 g/100 g,定量限为0.025 ~ 0.078 g/100 g。所有氨基酸均有较宽的工作范围,线性良好,回归系数≥0.999。该方法符合国际标准要求,可用于大米中所有必需氨基酸的17种TAAs的测定。
