The implementation of religious education that takes place in schools today can be said to still experience many weaknesses. The reality that occurs in the field is still not able to meet the ideal conditions aspired to. Innovations that are able to bridge the barriers that block reality towards ideal conditions certainly need to be created, especially in the face of today's rapid changes. This type of research is library research, library research is research carried out using literature (library), either in the form of books, notes, or reports on research results from previous studies. Flexibility, adaptability, optimism, and teamwork determine the teacher's approach to change. Efforts to improve the quality of teachers can be done by increasing discipline, and knowledge and providing training. 摘要

伊斯兰教的宗教教育基本上是培养一个完整的穆斯林人,发展人的身体和精神潜能,培养每个人与安拉之间和谐关系的教育。今天在学校进行的宗教教育的实施可以说仍然经历了许多弱点。现实中发生的领域仍然不能满足理想的条件所渴望的。当然需要创造能够跨越阻碍现实走向理想条件的障碍的创新,特别是面对今天的迅速变化。这种类型的研究是图书馆研究,图书馆研究是利用文献(图书馆)进行的研究,无论是以书籍,笔记还是以前研究结果的报告的形式。灵活性、适应性、乐观主义和团队合作决定了教师改变的方式。提高教师素质的努力可以通过增加纪律、增加知识和提供培训来实现。此外,教育领导者必须支持和鼓励教师实施适当的变革;2)确保教师所做的改变是可持续的;3)确保变化可以传递给其他教师。
