The DPPH radical and ABTS radical scavenging activities, tyrosinase and elastase inhibitory activities was predicted to be 80.01%, 58.50%, 22.11%, 53.88%, respectively. 摘要

目的:研究化妆品用芥菜(Brassica juncea L. Czern.)叶和籽提取物的生理活性,并利用响应面法(RSM)优化其配比。方法:以芥菜叶(X1)与种子(X2)提取物的比例为自变量,以总多酚含量、总黄酮含量、DPPH自由基清除活性、ABTS自由基清除活性、酪氨酸酶抑制活性和弹性酶抑制活性为因变量,确定RSM的最佳工艺条件。结果:最佳配比为叶片3.28 (4.10 mg/mL)、种子4.21 (5.26 mg/mL),抗氧化、美白、抗皱效果最佳。对DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基的清除能力为80.01%,对酪氨酸酶和弹性酶的抑制能力为58.50%,22.11%,53.88%。此外,当混合物作用于lps诱导的RAW264.7细胞时,与对照组相比,NO的产生被抑制了约41%,未观察到细胞毒性。结论:本研究证实了芥菜叶籽提取物最佳配比的生理活性,具有抗氧化、美白、抗皱、抗炎等作用,可作为化妆品原料使用。
