摘要

从70%甲醇提取物Zizyphus spina-christi L. (wild)中分离出两个新的环状氨基酸。通过1h - nmr - 13c - nmr - hsqc - hmbc和GC-MS分别鉴定为4-羟甲基-1-甲基吡咯烷-2-羧酸(极性较低,主化合物)和4-羟基-4-羟甲基-1-甲基吡咯烷-2-羧酸(极性较强,次化合物),比例为4:3。
