摘要

本文报道了含1,3,4-噻二唑的新型四环丹化合物和含硫代氨基脲片段的中间四环丹化合物的合成。新合成化合物的结构通过IR、1H、13C和15N核磁共振谱进行了确证。对上述化合物的体外抗真菌和抗菌活性进行了评价。本研究结果表明,1,3,4-噻二唑-2-亚胺对真菌和细菌具有良好的抑菌活性,最低抑菌浓度分别为0.125和2.5 μg/mL。
