摘要

GIS技术的日趋成熟为GIS在交通领域的广泛应用奠定了基础。本文在用户需求分析等基础上进行了管理系统的体系结构设计和功能设计,采用Delphi + Maps + SQL server技术实现了公路突发事故处理管理系统。可以方便、直观地对事件进行实时管理,提高处理能力。
