Mesh quality will influence the precision of calculating, and poor quality will even stop calculation. Hypermesh is a finite element processor with high-performance; it can effectively solve the problems of FEM model establishment. This paper adopts Hypermesh to establish the complicated turbine blade FEM model; Not only the data integrity of the model is checked, but also the quality of mesh is examined. The file interface between Hypermesh and ProCAST is also established, which can simplify the simulation process.
