THE POSSIBILITY OF USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES IN JURISPRUDENCE

Currently, there is a large surge of interest in the development and widespread use of artificial intelligence in jurisprudence. Artificial intelligence penetrates the most diverse areas of legal activity, such as expertise, photo and video fixation, data analysis, decision support system, etc.In this article, the author attempted to summarize the approaches to the definition of artificial intelligence, its scope in law and development prospects.It is concluded that the improvement of legislation in accordance with the above areas should be comprehensive and carried out in stages. Moreover, the legislative approach should be ensured by combining the solution of various tasks not only in the field of information law and the application of digital technologies, but also within the framework of civil, administrative, tax and financial law.
