摘要

本文探讨了在学校使命的实施过程中,教育服务的消费者与提供者之间的协作问题。提出了学校服务的消费者和提供者的概念,明确了当今学校的使命,突出了后现代社会中学校服务的实施矛盾,证实了作为教育服务消费者的家长和作为教育服务提供者的教师在学校使命的实施中合作的重要性;决定教育服务消费者的参与和参与的原则以及协作的基本要素已经实现。对互动中价值创造的概念进行了理论解释。通过对学校协作过程的发展和结构的分析和元分析,提出了一个关于学校教育服务的消费者和提供者之间协作发展的理论模型
