摘要

本研究旨在了解特荣大学图书馆办公室管理系在专业知识教学中对学生软技能进行整合测试与评估的实际情况。结果表明,该工作具有评价人员经验丰富等优点;这项工作的设施是比较充足的;一些特定的科目有灵活的测试和评估形式。仍然有局限性,评估仍然是定性的;只注重测试和评估一些关键技能;并非对所有学生进行评估测试。因此,必须有解决方案来克服上述局限性,第一个重要的前提是正确评价软技能的重要性,为提高专业知识教学中学生软技能的测试和评估的有效性做出改变。
