Of these Czapek-dox medium with 0.5% Wheat straw had yielded more cellulase, FPase (2.9 U/ml), CMCase (2.9 U/ml) and β-glucosidase (0.93 U/ml) after 14-days of incubation. The lignocellulosics after pre-treatment improved cellulase production.
