Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was applied to test the adiponectin SNP276G/T polymorphism. \n \n \nResults \nThe distributions of genotypes and alleles of SNP276 both displayed significant difference between the IGR complicating norm tension group and the hypertension group (P=0.025, P=0.007). 摘要

目的探讨脂联素基因单核苷酸多态性(SNP)276与山西地区汉族糖调节障碍人群原发性高血压的关系。方法选取216例中国汉族居民为研究对象。采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)检测脂联素SNP276G/T多态性。结果IGR合并常模紧张组与高血压组SNP276基因型及等位基因分布差异均有统计学意义(P=0.025, P=0.007)。与TT基因型相比,SNP276非TT (GT+ GG)基因型与高血压合并风险增加相关(OR=3.346, 95% CI: 1.115 ~ 8.986, P=0.037),而经年龄、性别和bmi调整后,两组间差异无统计学意义(P=0.349)。结论山西地区汉族脂肪最丰富基因转录本1 (APM1) SNP276与糖调节功能受损人群并发原发性高血压的易感性相关。关键词:脂联素;多态性,单核苷酸;葡萄糖调节受损;高血压
