Catalyst drying in air at 110 оС leads to its complete reactivation. 摘要

研究了含水量和贮存条件对碳纤维负载的含钯铜铁催化剂活性的影响。采用XRD、XPS、SEM、GCh等手段对催化体系的理化性质进行了表征。在空气中CO浓度低(0.03 vol.%)和高(0.05 vol.%)以及混合气体湿度高(70%)的情况下,催化剂的最佳含水量均能保证最有效的空气净化效果。在空气条件下储存1个月后,催化体系的活性损失归因于催化剂中过量水分的积累和活性相的重组——近表层钯含量的降低和Сu2Cl(OH)3 atacamite相的分离。催化剂在110 оС的空气中干燥导致其完全再活化。密封新鲜制备和干燥50 оС实验后样品在长期(一年以上)储存中保持初始催化活性。
