This research was the class action research, which consisted of two cycles. The data of this research consists of two types, namely: qualitative data and quantitative data. Qualitative data obtained through observation, whereas the quantitative data obtained through the results of test of speaking skills on the cycle I and cycle II. The data were analyzed by using percentages technique. The results showed that the speaking skills in the first cycle was 60.16%, and in the second cycle reached 73.55%. 摘要

本研究为集体诉讼研究,分为两个周期。本研究的数据包括两类,即定性数据和定量数据。定性数据是通过观察得到的,而定量数据是通过第一轮和第二轮口语技能测试的结果得到的。采用百分法对数据进行分析。结果表明,第一轮口语水平为60.16%,第二轮口语水平为73.55%。
