摘要

本研究的目的是:1)研究学校管理者数字领导力的组成和指标;2)研究学校管理者数字领导力的现状、理想条件和必要性;3)制定学校管理者数字领导力发展计划;4)研究学校管理者使用数字领导力发展计划的效果。研究结果表明:1)学校管理者数字化领导由7个组成部分,22个指标组成。2)学校管理者数字化领导的理想条件。整体平均水平较低。学校管理者数字化领导的理想条件总的来说,这是最高水平的。对于学校管理者发展数字领导力的必要性,评价值最高的是“数字愿景领导力”。3)学校管理者开发数字领导力的方案是否合适、可能、有用,总体上评价值最高。4)使用程序的结果;4.1)针对学校管理者的数字化领导力项目开发。效率为93.01/95.55,高于设定的80/80阈值。4.2)该方案的有效性指数为0.9306,相当于93.06%。4.3)学校管理人员数字领导项目开发的课后学业成绩高于课前,在0.05水平上有统计学意义。4.4)经过两周的学习,参与培训的高管在教育成就分数上没有差异。4.5)学校管理人员满意度,总体满意度处于最高水平。
