Likewise with the choice of packaging, plastic or Styrofoam is a mainstay because it is practical and easy to pack take-away food. Plastics contain additives in the form of plasticizers, stabilizers and antioxidants. This element can be a source of pollution, because it can migrate into food, especially in hot and oily conditions such as sate, this poses a risk to health problems caused. This study aims to analyze the effect of the behavior of sate culinary connoisseurs on the dangers of migration of plasticizers in take away food. This research is an explanatory survey with a cross sectional approach. All satay connoisseurs who bought or brought home sate at the Rex Peunayong culinary location, Banda Aceh were sampled on the basis of inclusion and exclusion criteria, there were 96 samples with accidental sampling technique. The data were then analyzed by Chi Square test and multiple Logistics Regression test. The behavior of the level of knowledge and attitudes in the good category, while the respondent's actions in the less category.
