: The rise of culinary arts is increasingly entrenched, becoming a business that continues to grow and innovate, both offline and online. Likewise with the choice of packaging, plastic or Styrofoam is a mainstay because it is practical and easy to pack take-away food. Plastics contain additives in the form of plasticizers, stabilizers and antioxidants. This element can be a source of pollution, because it can migrate into food, especially in hot and oily conditions such as sate, this poses a risk to health problems caused. This study aims to analyze the effect of the behavior of sate culinary connoisseurs on the dangers of migration of plasticizers in take away food. This research is an explanatory survey with a cross sectional approach. All satay connoisseurs who bought or brought home sate at the Rex Peunayong culinary location, Banda Aceh were sampled on the basis of inclusion and exclusion criteria, there were 96 samples with accidental sampling technique. The data were then analyzed by Chi Square test and multiple Logistics Regression test. The behavior of the level of knowledge and attitudes in the good category, while the respondent's actions in the less category. There is a relationship between the behavior of sate connoisseurs

DM is a chronic disease that cannot be cured but can only be reduced and blood sugar levels controlled. Blood sugar levels of DM patients can be controlled and reduced by pharmacological and non-pharmacological measures. The impact of the Covid 19 pandemic that can increase the risk of DM is stress. Stress due to the declining level of the community's economy can be due to losing a job, increasing the burden of living and others. At times of stress can increase levels of the hormone cortisol which can increase blood sugar levels. During the pandemic, people are afraid to leave the house so that activity decreases so that it will reduce the use of blood sugar by cells so that blood sugar increasesThe method used in this research is a survey by distributing a google form questionnaire with the link https://forms.gle/EsCR4qnoj62LZFnv9 via WA Online media to the community in the Ponorogo district from 6-15 October 2021 so that the number of respondents who fit the sample criteria is as much as 122 respondents. Measurement of DM risk factors using the FINDRISC questionnaire is a questionnaire that helps to identify the risk of DM disease. The results of the Survey on Increasing the Risk of DM Disease During the Covid 19 Pandemic in the Ponorogo Regency Region in 2021 it is known that from 122 respondents, 60 (49%) low risk respondents, 45 (36%) risk respondents slightly increased, 8 (7%) risk respondents medium, 8 (7%) high risk respondents and 1 (1%) very high risk respondents.

: Family resilience is shaped by a resilient community. The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on families so that they fall into a state full of crisis. Kampung Tangguh Covid-19 is expected to be able to prepare family resilience. The research aims to compare family resilience at the Kampung Tangguh Covid-19. The study design used a retrospective case control study, population of 60 families in the Kampung Tangguh Covid-19, Bejijong Village and Bicak Village, Trowulan District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java Province. The sampling technique used convenient sampling, the research sample was 32 respondents in the case group and 28 respondents in the control group. The measuring instrument for family resilience uses a modified Walsh Family Resilience Questionnaire (WRFQ). Data analysis with statistical test Mann-Whitney. The results showed that 53.1% of the case families had a moderate level of resilience, while 39.3% of the control group had a high level of resilience. Based on data analysis, there was no difference in family resilience

: Breast cancer is one of the most common types of cancer in Indonesia, and is a malignancy in breast tissue that can originate from the ductal epithelium and its lobules. In cases after surgery (post mastectomy) it is necessary to carry out radiotherapy irradiation to clear the remnants of tumor cells on the chest wall and in the local lymph nodes, namely the axillary, supraclavicular, and some argue the internal mammary chain. The purpose of study was to provide a description of the curative procedure and radiation dose for radiotherapy performed post mastectomy using the IMRT (Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy) technique. The research method is descriptive qualitative with a participatory observation approach in post-mastectomy breast cancer patients. The modalities of LINAC and CT Simulator, as a fixation tool a thermoplastic breast mask were used, with the patient in supine position. The procedure was carried out in accordance with irradiation standards, irradiation plan for total external radiation dose of 5000 cGy and a fractional dose of 200 cGy were carried out for 25 times of irradiation. In the fifth irradiation or multiples, the patient

: Tuberculosis (TB) therapy with long-term corticosteroids will have significant impacto n the immune system, making it susceptible to opportunistic infections, including VVC. Vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC) is a reproductive organ disease and infection of the vulvar and vaginal mucosa, which is characterized by the appearance of vaginal discharge and itching. This study aims to determine the risk factor of KVV on tuberculosis patients. The research method is analytic observation with the Accidental Sampling method. This study uses an observational analytic design with accidental sampling. The study simple consisted of pulmonary TB patients who were treated at Puskesmas in Jambi City with age, education, personal genital hygiene, and duration of treatment. Data were collected by interview and medical record observation. VVC infection data were obtained by microscopic examination by culture Germ Tube, and biochemical tests to determine Candida sp. Positive results for VVC infection reached 38.1%. KVV infection was found more frequently in patients

: Utilization of the maternal and child health (MCH) books can improve the quality of maternal and child health services as well as nutrition, so one of the national development goals, namely reducing the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR), can be achieved. In general, husbands rarely use information from the MCH handbook and consider it only needs to be known by their wives. This research aims to prove the relationship between the husband's knowledge and attitude towards using MCH books in Aceh Barat District. This research is an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach using Chi-Square statistical test. This study's population were pregnant women's husbands in the third trimester in West Aceh Regency. This research aims to be carried out using two-stage cluster sampling. They have obtained as many as 256 people. : Immunization is a way to actively increase a person's immunity to an antigen, so that if exposed to the same antigen, disease will not occur. Immunization in the national health system is one form of health intervention that is very effective in reducing infant and under-five mortality. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the support of health workers, family support and knowledge of basic immunization in Bantar Jaya Pebayuran. This study used a cross sectional research design. The study was conducted with a sample of 164 respondents and taken by total sampling. Data analysis using chi-square test. The results of the bivariate statistical test on the support variable of health workers with basic immunization knowledge using chi square showed that the value of sig = 0.04 means that there is a significant relationship between health worker support and basic immunization knowledge. While the family support variable with basic immunization knowledge using chi square shows a sig = 0.53 meaning that there is no significant relationship between family support and basic immunization knowledge. The conclusion of this study, there is a relationship between the support of health workers with basic immunization knowledge. : Appendicitis is an inflammation of the appendix vermicularis, and is the most common cause of acute abdomen in children and adults. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic which has special procedures in carrying out operative actions. The authors aim to report cases of acute appendicitis in young adults during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our case report is a 28-year-old man who came to the emergency department of Kasih Ibu Hospital, Kedonganan with the chief complaint of pain in the lower right abdomen for 4 days accompanied by fever and difficulty in defecation. Physical examination findings obtained vital signs within normal limits, but body temperature was 38.1oC, tenderness was obtained in the right inguinal region and McBurney sign (+), Rovsing sign (-), Abdurator sign (-), Psoas sign (+). Complete blood count examination revealed leukocytosis and mild anemia, and an abdominal ultrasound examination
