摘要

本文主要研究基于输出误差模型的间接测量系统的设计方法。一般程序设计是通过对灭菌炉内物体的非侵入性温度估计来评估的。系统性能根据分布温度源进行评估:(a)由电热线圈控制的执行器温度源,(b)烘箱内部的物体温度源,(c)对烘箱温度起扰动作用的环境温度源。IMS设备是根据其在非侵入性测量中的影响根据框图来组织实施和分析的。本文从间接测量装置的精度、稳定性和频率响应等方面对间接测量装置的特性进行了讨论。
