Mix method was used in this study to collect data from the users of three mobile marketplace applications, which are Shopee, Tokopedia, and Bukalapak. Quantitative data was collected through an online survey, and qualitative data was gathered from interviews with respondents. Throughout the study, information about different segments in terms of personal preference design and pattern of behavior and details related to the design and behavior towards each marketplace was discovered. 摘要

随着网上购物交易的增加,网络市场的移动应用程序数量也在不断增加。每个市场应用程序都有自己的用户界面(UI)设计模式。目前,市场手机应用没有设计模式偏好,特别是在印度尼西亚,这是基于用户行为。这就需要UI设计模式的推荐,以帮助设计师基于用户行为构建移动应用程序。因此,本研究旨在为设计模式提出建议。本研究采用Mix方法,对Shopee、Tokopedia和Bukalapak三个移动市场应用程序的用户进行数据收集。定量数据通过在线调查收集,定性数据通过对受访者的访谈收集。在整个研究过程中,发现了不同细分市场在个人偏好设计和行为模式方面的信息,以及与每个市场的设计和行为相关的细节。然后对这些数据进行分析,以生成一组设计模式,这些模式可作为构建市场移动应用程序的下一个相关研究和实现的参考和考虑因素。
