Limonene (%95.29) and Linalool (%34.94) were found as major compounds of EOs respectively. 摘要

柑桔和苦橙是芸香科的主要特色品种,对病原菌具有抑菌活性。益生菌微生物对人体有重要作用,抑制益生菌可引起多种疾病。在本研究中,本研究旨在确定益生菌对天然抗菌药物(如精油)的耐药性,并与以往研究中的病原体进行比较。采用气相色谱- fid和气相色谱/质谱法对精油进行分析,采用微量稀释法对精油的抗菌活性和抗真菌活性进行分析。柠檬烯(%95.29)和芳樟醇(%34.94)分别是精油的主要成分。所有精油对益生菌微生物都有抗菌作用。
