摘要

分析了上海市柴油车的燃油经济性和污染物排放特征。特别是柴油车的油耗和百公里燃油成本、周转量、行驶里程、服务公里数、空载率以及CO、NOX、HC+NOX、PM排放特征。分析结果表明,与汽油出租车相比,柴油出租车百公里油耗和百公里燃油成本分别降低29%和26%。柴油出租车的行驶距离更长,服务公里数更长,周转率更高,空载率更低,百公里燃油成本更低。在12万公里的总测试里程中,柴油车的CO排放量低于中国国家排放标准IV的限值,NOX和HC+NOX排放低于中国国家排放标准III的限值,而PM排放低于中国国家排放标准II的限值。2009年11月1日以后,柴油出租车改用上海四号柴油后,其CO、NOX、HC+NOX和PM排放均明显减少。
