And the decomposition of Oaxaca-Blinder, the existence of salary gaps was evidenced. The study was non-experimental, descriptive and cross-sectional; the non-probabilistic design by quotas was used and considers a sample of 124 graduates. Among the main results, the existence of a salary gap between graduates of 8.4% was evidenced; where 56% is explained by unobservable factors attributable to discrimination. It is concluded that the years of education, experience, gender, age, level of education of the graduate, level of education of the father and the type of shift are significant determinants of income among graduates.
