摘要

对冷却风扇驱动系统用轴向磁通永磁(AFPM)电机传统定子结构和新型定子结构的输出特性进行了比较研究。定子分段铁心具有绕线方便、制造速度快等优点。但是,由于切掉齿尖要保持槽宽不变,单位成本增加。为了解决这一问题,本文提出了一种新型的三段式分段定子结构。采用时间步进三维有限元分析方法,分析了定子铁芯从矩形铁芯和三级分段铁芯上切下齿尖时的AFPM特性。根据分析结果制作了电机样机,并作为电机进行了测试。
