摘要

首次建立了以对二甲苯为原料,苯胺、对甲苯胺等伯胺与柠檬酸相互作用合成柠檬酸芳香亚胺的方法。以柠檬酸海松酸为原料,在125 ~ 150℃的熔体条件下,与伯脂肪胺(辛-、十八乙胺)反应合成了新的脂肪族亚胺。首次以亚硫酰氯处理柠檬酸海松酸n -辛酰亚胺,并与伯芳胺(苯胺、对溴苯胺)反应生成了柠檬酸海松酸酰亚胺。研究了松香-柠檬酸加合物与伯脂肪胺(辛胺和十八胺)在180-200℃下反应8-12小时合成脂肪族亚胺的方法(以技术产品的形式)。与白俄罗斯国立技术大学一起,研究了松香-柠檬酸加合物作为未填充和填充工业橡胶化合物改性剂的亚胺的结构之间的关系,发现所获得的添加剂可以改善组合物的技术性能,同时保持,在某些情况下改善物理和机械参数(增加组合物的抗热老化性,帘线与橡胶的结合强度等)。
