摘要

针对传统边缘检测方法在性能上的局限性,提出了一种基于数学形态学和多结构的改进边缘检测算法。利用形态学重构和多结构的优越性能,设计了形态学重构滤波器,解决了图像简化和保留边缘信息的困难。采用基于梯度方向的边缘连接方法,得到最终边缘。实验结果表明,该方法优于传统的边缘检测方法,细胞图像边缘连续一致。
