摘要

研制了一种用于中流层-平流层-对流层超高频雷达(MST)探测脉冲发生器的样机。该脉冲发生器具有以下技术指标:输出频率范围40- 60mhz;输出功率不低于1w;射频脉冲长度为0.1 ~ 50 μs;脉冲间隔为2 ~ 60 μs。射频脉冲包络可以是不同的形状:矩形,梯形,高斯等。利用巴克码或其他码进行相位调制,也可以产生射频脉冲爆发。
