The analysis technique used is Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The findings indicated that the process of regulatory dynamics carried out by the three research subjects included 3 (three) phases, namely the assessment phase, the emotional experience phase, and the behavioral response phase. 摘要

本研究是基于员工所面临的滥用监管现象进行的。员工所经历的虐待性监督,即口头和非口头监督。本研究的目的是了解员工在遭受虐待性管理时的情绪调节动态。本研究的对象是三名雇员,他们是用有目的的抽样技术选择的。本研究采用现象学方法的定性方法。通过对研究对象的深度访谈和参考期刊、书籍、研究结果和其他为研究提供的数据来收集数据。所使用的分析技术是解释现象学分析(IPA)。研究结果表明,3名研究对象的调节动态过程包括3个阶段,即评估阶段、情绪体验阶段和行为反应阶段。个体在遭受虐待监管的情况下仍倾向于发展和遵守标准,这可能表明个体具有良好的情绪调节动力,而个体的被动倾向则表明情绪调节动力存在障碍。
