The results of the study showed that 3 isolates of (Lb35- Lb45- Lb55) showed Antibacterial Activity against Listeria monocytogenes with average inhibition halo diameter of 24 mm, 22 mm and 26 mm, respectively, and the electrophoresis results showed the presence of the three genes (plnA, plnEF, plnA5p/S7) in the isolates. 摘要

本研究旨在通过对单核增生李斯特菌的抑菌活性试验,检测L. plantarum中负责产生细菌素的基因(plnA、plnEF、plnA5p/S7)。用琼脂孔扩散法测定分离物的抑菌活性。对具有抗菌活性的菌株进行DNA分离,并采用电泳技术对其质量进行检验。本研究在叙利亚阿勒颇大学科学学院微生物学和分子遗传学实验室进行,利用特异性引物扩增基因,检测细菌素的三个基因(plnA, plnEF, plnA5p/S7)。结果表明,3株菌株(Lb35- Lb45- Lb55)对单核增生李斯特菌表现出抗菌活性,平均抑制晕直径分别为24 mm、22 mm和26 mm,电泳结果显示菌株中存在plnA、plnEF、plnA5p/S7 3个基因。3个菌株分别为大小为bp516、bp579、bp450的L. plantarum。
