摘要

本文以我校的科研成果为例,论证了中子散射在药学研究中的几种可能性。第二部分介绍了小角中子散射的基本原理和散射数据评价的简单方法。在单层脂质体中嵌入全身麻醉剂、抗菌剂或胆固醇的双分子层上的散射结果证明了该方法在测定双分子层结构特性方面的潜力。
