The results reveal that technology perceived compatibility has the greatest effect on E-commerce adoption, followed by management support and external pressure. Moreover, external support only has minor impact on E-commerce adoption in the Covid-19. 摘要

新冠肺炎疫情给整体经济形势带来了严重危机。尽管疫情持续的时间很短,但为了组织在数字时代竞争激烈的市场环境中生存和恢复,实施了许多创新。本文旨在找出影响越南中小企业采用电子商务的重要因素,特别是在疫情时期。结果表明,技术感知兼容性对电子商务采用的影响最大,其次是管理支持和外部压力。此外,外部支持对新冠肺炎疫情中电子商务的采用影响不大。有意义的是,本研究对创新文献和实践管理都有贡献,对越南中小企业的现状有了新的认识。
