摘要

为了提高高压断路器的可靠性和运行性能,根据断路器的启闭操作过程,建立了电机驱动操作机构高压断路器的虚拟样机模型。进行了绝缘棒与轴的关系分析,并通过试验结果验证了模型的正确性。通过仿真模型得到并分析了接触行程、接触弹簧的行程和压力、电机角度。最后,研究了运动接触质量、接触弹簧预压力、接触弹簧刚度系数等因素对闭合弹跳的影响。参数分析结果表明,增大接触弹簧预压力是减小闭合弹跳的最佳措施。
