摘要

本文介绍和分析了LTE RRC子层协议栈的结构和功能,设计了RRC子层的状态和状态转换过程。设计实现了RRC连接建立流程。并根据项目的特点简化了层与层之间的信令交互。最后,设计了RRC连接建立过程的SDL仿真流程图。通过SDL和TTCN联合仿真生成的MSC图,验证了所设计的信令过程的正确性。

This paper introduces and analyzes the LTE RRC sub-layer protocol stack structure and function, designs the state and the state conversion process of the RRC sub-layer.
