IR and UV-Vis spectroscopic meth-ods as well as magnetic susceptibility and conductivity measurements. From the obtained data the octahedral structure was suggested for all complexes. 摘要:本文以4-氨基安替吡啶与邻苯二胺为原料,制备了希夫碱配体(L),并采用微量元素分析、红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱及1H、13C-NMR对所制备的配体进行了表征,研究了希夫碱与1,10-菲罗啉(Phen)与Mn(II)、Co(II)、Ni(II)、Cu(II)和Hg(II)在乙醇水溶液中以1:1:1 (M:L:Phen)的配合物。采用火焰原子吸收、(c.h.n)分析、红外光谱、紫外可见光谱以及磁化率和电导率等方法对所制备的配合物进行了表征。所得数据表明,所有配合物均为八面体结构。采用良好扩散法对所研究化合物进行了对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、芽孢杆菌和假单胞菌的生物筛选。
